End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and VisualBoston, Inc. ("Company") for the use of VB Brain (the "Service"), an internal business operations platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
2. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.
3. Authorized Use
The Service is intended for use by authorized employees and contractors of the Company. You agree to:
- Use the Service only for legitimate business operations
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not share access with unauthorized individuals
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Third-Party Integrations
The Service connects to third-party services, including Plaid for bank data and other financial, accounting, calendar, messaging, and meeting services. By connecting these integrations, you authorize the Service to access data from these services on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their respective terms of service.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you provide to or create within the Service. The Company does not claim ownership of your financial data, project information, or any content you generate through the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and functionality, is the intellectual property of VisualBoston, Inc. This EULA does not grant you any rights to the Company's intellectual property beyond the limited license described herein.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial calculations and forecasts will be accurate. Financial data displayed in the Service is for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
9. Termination
The Company may terminate your access to the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data upon termination.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
